Hi, My problem is I first do the things which I am not supposed to and after that I realize that I have done wrong and then I stress myself in guilt. After previous mistake, I should learn from it which I do but after some time I most likely repeat that again knowingly/unknowingly which again leads to unnecessary stress and anxiety disorders. I am not sure how to deal with such situations. Can you please suggest how can I avoid such situations and overcome the consequences.
