Hello.......it must be gardasil, check it once again.. It's vaccination given for human papilloma virus infection whicch usually caused genital infection. But this vaccine is not associated with the abo5 mentioned adverse effects.. Moreover this is 3rd dose..... Consult doctor in nearest hospital.
