Hello, If you experience such emotions like no one understands me or loves me then there must have been events or experiences that formed your worldview about yourself like this. There are also thoughts about ending the life or running away, these are extreme negative emotions that one feels. You should consult a clinical Psychologist. Further to help you better, detailed discussion about the problem is necessary. To start of with, start maintaining a diary where in on daily basis you can write 3 positive and 3 negative thoughts. Talk about about your feelings and emotions with someone in the family or friends. Because once you start talking about your problem with someone you share a bond and trust and you feel light and a friend might also help you or cheer you up. It would be beneficial for you if you seek a professional help because a therapist is both a friend and a guide. And the primary aim of a therapist is to think about the clients wellbeing.
