Based on the statement I think you have socializing issue / social anxiety, it might be because of low self confidence / inferiority complex, distress about your self in different areas is leading physical illness. You can take the guidance from psychologist, identifying and suggestion about different skills in various areas along with counseling will help you to be better person.
