  4. Mental stress. Be reduced gradually?

I am a OCD patient .I take Nexito20 once in a day . 8 months I have been very well. Bt since 10 days my problems have been occured very badly. My Dr. has adviced to continue this medicine. But I can't any relief. Now what should I do ? Will this symptoms be reduced gradually ?

Dear , first of all it is a good thing that you have to opted for help.. kudos to you ! Now as are willing to fight back ocd, I would request you to consult a psychotherapist for CBT. It is a well proven phenomenon that you require a therapist to teach you skills to control your obsessions/compulsions. My suggestion to you would be the soon the better for better results.

Hi i would strongly recommend that you take psychotherapy sessions from a clinical psychologist along with medicines from a Psychiatrist. If you take both you will surely find relief.
