I am a news media person and i am graphics designer my problem is I can imagine everything and i take tension very badly and when i alone my mind show me the pictures unexpected and i am very happy person please give me advise to be tension free i hope you understood me thank you.

Hello practo user I can understand the difficult situation that you are currently facing in your life right now. Having mental images and taking tension are all indicative of an underlying stress which is aggravating your issues as well. You can try and practice deep breathing and meditation before going to bed so that it can help you top calm down and also remove negative thoughts and images which are disturbing . Try and engage yourself in activities which you enjoy , talk to close friends and family members . Go for regular exercise to keep healthy mentally and physically . it seems that there is some unhealthy or negative past event which can be contributing to the images . it is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for proper diagnosis and treatment strategies for the same .
