It is natural to feel pressured under stress. Start working even if it is an underpay or you are overqualified for the job. Then start exploring other options.
To quit smoking , stop buying cigarettes in packs. Buy one at a time. Maintain a small diary writing when u smoke and why say before going to toilet. Medication are available to stop smoking. Consult a psychiatrist. Also nicotine gums can be purchased to substitute for cigarettes. Later you have to taper it down
Hi i know it can be hard for you ... but you too know very well that smoking does not help u in any way but only has created another problem which u have to handle . Now you have to handle the problem of unemployment along with a newly created addiction that is smoking . But i very well understand what might be going through your mind
I would suggest you take the help of a career counsellor to guide you in that area ..while for the smoking contact a counsellor who will help you with it
