I dont know..I feel drained all the time..extremely lonely..guilty for being myself because i always feel am annoying people..always feels like something is constantly missing..cant understand what would bring me happiness..disinterest in all the things..want to stay in bed all the time..extreme cravings for unhealthy junk food..at times i get flashes of thoughts that I want to end it all.

Feeling sad, disinterested and hopeless could be a sign of depression. You will need an evaluation and Treatment which may consists of medications as well as psychological therapy.
