Mental health problem
I am diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. I stopped taking abilify for about a week because I thought I was pregnant. However, it was a false alarm so I just started taking it again yesterday. Since I've been on the medicine, I have felt miserable. My mind is constantly racing to the point it hurts my head from thinking so hard. I have an extremely hard time focusing on anything. I can't even watch tv or just lay down.

Pls continue medication and treatment. With this you should also visit a clinical psychologist for therapy and counseling to manage the symptoms.
