Hi, i have this problem in my mental health that’s been affecting me for one year now. It’s the fear of having the conversation stop. Whenever i’m talking to someone individually, i feel frustrated and awkward and i start focusing more on what i have to say to keep the conversation going rather than what the person is speaking. I really need help to get these thoughts those thoughts out of my head and just speak to someone normally. I want to talk to someone with being myself. Thank you.
