Mental health not ok
My BP measured as 150/90 My body is shaking. Unable to stand, walk freely on road. Legs feel weak. Unable to stand in front of people, if someone near me I am getting anxiety attack for some mins. Lips are dry. Headaches dizziness though I sleep whole 8 hours. Unable to tolerate voice of people or people. Even small sound made by them in uncontrollable whereas m OK with sound from TV, machines or headphones songs in mobile or ring tones of mobile etc but not human. I sometimes feels to suicide or die whereas I had not done anything wrong. Some people had broken my head and I got migraine attacks 1 month ago because of that. Unable to tolerate now.

Hello, These symptoms can be part of generalized anxiety disorder. Anxiety symptoms are usually free floating i.e., it comes and go anytime. Symptoms include worries about future misfortunes, feeling "on edge", difficulty in concentrating, restless, headaches, feeling dizzy, inability to relax, sweating, increased heart beat, gastric discomfort, dry mouth etc. Few or all of these can be present. Secondary to anxiety symptoms you may develop depression,phobia etc. It can be taken care off with the help of medications and psychotherapy.

Hi. I can understand that your undergoing intolerance towards many issues . You have fear and anxiety develop. Dont delay . See a psychologist in ur local area or contact us online counselling. Your problems can be solved. So don't worry about these issues. Have confidence. Do not think about suicide. Its not the  way to imagine. Pls visit a psychologist.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety is overwhelming, consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
