My doctors say it's normal for me to hear/see things, to seem like I'm 2 different people, and to not eat and when I do throw up, but I know deep down it's not normal. They're not a specialist in mental health and I need an opinion. I wasn't on 20mg of citaloprom and they cut me off it abruptly and I'm having discontinuation symptoms. I just fed up

Hello
Seeking like two people within self may be suggestive of depersonalisation and needs to be looked into by a trained professional.
Ofcourse, stopping antidepressants abruptly may be causing you discontinuation symptoms and may require immediate help too.
It is advised that you seek professional help immediately from a Psychiatrist
