My doctors say it's normal for me to hear/see things, to seem like I'm 2 different people, and to not eat and when I do throw up, but I know deep down it's not normal. Seeking like two people within self may be suggestive of depersonalisation and needs to be looked into by a trained professional.
Ofcourse, stopping antidepressants abruptly may be causing you discontinuation symptoms and may require immediate help too.
