I m a student currently having papers 12th exams, i cant sleep at night all night and just because of some sounds around me i wake up ...i get irritated very often and very much ...i have low self-esteem low confidence ...and migraine too . When i cant control my anger due to frustration i cry alot and i have started feeling anxiety and depression (i guess) what should i do?

Hi. Besides academic life involve in interesting hobby. Involve yourself in indoor fun games like table tennis, carom etc. Avoid using smart phones as much as possible. Think about future career and build yourself as an independent person first. Talk with family members, friends over phone as much possible. Spend time with nature

Corona period and online education has created different situation for students. Students are missing their social circle, play, fun, gathering etc. Online classes and exam pressure is creating anxiety. Change in food habits (junk food) is also contributing to anger and disturbed sleep. Did you gain weight during last 8 - 9 months ?
