I can understand how it is affecting your life. That too when you don’t even find immediate reason as to why you could be crying. I would say if you clearly know that there is no other reason for your crying such as life stressors or something sad happening in your life. the reason could be biological so immediately seek a mental health professionals help for detailed evaluation.
