I start crying when I need to express myselves. I feel I own all the negativity. I don't initiate conversations and literally hate being social. For me,it's easier to cry than to laugh. I don't communicate well as i hate being amongst people. I don't think before speaking. I have been raised by a single mother and in not so good financial conditions. I was sexually assaulted when I was 13. I have few friends. I like being alone. I am good at studies but cannot express my knowledge. I lack self esteem and it's very easy for people to walk over me and my emotions. I trust easily and am clingy to few people I have. It takes efforts to stay happy. Are these signs of depression and do i seriously need to meet a psychiatrist or the simple signs to strengthen my self confidence?
