I'm not able to resond to things well mentally, like at the get together you know you have to act in a flow but it's very difficult for me to act or respond the way i have to. Or anything stuffs like when it comes to studying, logic it's like I'm lagging behind ,if i try to concentrate more i get head  ache, Feels like mentally head is inactive and i get tired very easily . Why is it happenning ? It is mentally and physically annoying !!!

It appears ur attention and concentration levels decreased, tired Ness symptoms of depression...I need to know when did these symptoms stats, were there any stressors prior to these symptoms...how is ur appetite and sleep? Then only I can suggest
