Cannabis/weed dependence can commonly cause insomnia, low appetite, irritability, anxiety and restlessness, especially when trying to stop suddenly. These symptoms are treatable and with proper de-addiction treatment many patients recover well. Try to avoid complete isolation, maintain hydration, take small frequent meals, avoid caffeine/alcohol and reduce weed gradually under medical supervision rather than repeatedly stopping and restarting on your own. Since your sleep and appetite are significantly affected, consultation with a psychiatrist/de-addiction specialist is advisable as medicines and counselling may help in withdrawal management and relapse prevention.
