Hi Doctor, This is about my dad who'll turn 60 in May, 2018. He has served as a director manager in Central Government. Since a few months, we can see a change in him. Like he wants to convey one thing but says something else. For example: If he wants to say 'Keep the clothes in the cupboard' He'll say 'Keep the tea in the cupboard' Two utterly different things!! Though after saying he understands that he has spoken it wrong. Is this any warning of a serious issue? I am worried. Kindly suggest.

I suggest you to consult a neurologist or a psychiatrist as this seems to be early signs of dementia so needs to be investigated.
