I have many symptoms of both adhd and dyslexia,can you help me? Both in school and out of school I have been experiencing the symptoms of add especially and dyslexia in school. I understand it is difficult to approach and to diagnose but I , in school , spell a lot of things wrong, I am using auto correct on my phone, I have trouble concentrating while the teachers are speaking and I fidget a lot. I annoy people around me cos of how much I fidget. I have not spoke to my parents or a doctor.

Please meet psychiatrist for ADHD and there are special teachers to help you with dyslexia. Find out such centers in your home town, it's better to start remedial program as early as possible
