Hi
I truly feel the heaviness of what you’re going through. You’re emotionally exhausted, not because you’re weak—but because you’ve been fighting too many battles at once. After delivery, your body and mind were supposed to be nurtured, held, and supported. But instead, you’ve been pushed into blame, isolation, and silence. No woman deserves to be made to feel like this—especially when she’s just brought life into the world.
The anger and irritation you’re feeling aren’t wrong—they are signs that something inside you is still trying to protect your dignity and sanity. Feeling like your husband married just for a child can crush your self-worth. It’s normal to feel like giving up, but it’s also possible to come back to life slowly—one small step at a time. Therapy, safe space, and emotional validation can help you take that first breath again.
Take therapy, and you can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
(For medicines, please consult a psychiatrist who can prescribe based on your exact symptoms. You may benefit from low-dose SSRIs like escitalopram or sertraline—but only under supervision.)

I'm sorry you're feeling this way. It sounds like you're going through a very difficult time emotionally and mentally after childbirth, which can happen to many women. Your symptoms may suggest postpartum depression or adjustment difficulties due to ongoing stress. It’s important to know that help is available, and you don’t have to face this alone. I strongly recommend you consult a psychiatrist or a trained mental health counsellor for a proper assessment and support. Please avoid self-medicating, as treatment should be tailored to your individual needs. With the right help, things can and do get better.
