My mother aged 50 has high BP, but in control. At times she is becoming more and more anxious, and behaving abnormally. After 1 hour of abnormality & strain, she is recovering and becoming normal. Kindly suggest some measures to be taken for her.

At this age, most women are menopausal. So a lot of irritation and stress is due to hormonal changes as well. Everytime she behaves abnormally, do not try to intervene or give advice or fight back. Let her vent out and just listen to her patiently. Seek help of a professional to assist her to learn better coping skills. Practicing mindfulness can work wonders as well.
