A little backstory: I have been into sports and exercise for like 6 years . It just makes me feel good about myself. I had my first job in October where I suffered a panic attack on the first day and had to leave early. I just didn't like the work there or the people. I did my best to piss superiors off everyday in the workplace so they fire me. I couldn't quit myself because my family kept pushing me to do it without understanding. Sleeping issues were still there in October and November averaging like 4-5 hours per day. I just felt anxious. It would go on for like 2-3 weeks then I used to crash and sleep like 10-11 hours. I wasn't exercising because i felt fatigued during that time. i was fired on November 30th.  I was feeling very good from like Jan 1 to 20 but I don't know what happened after that. Its like this is happening alternatively. This February has been the worst month feeling lonely and losing interest in activities I loved. any feedback?

Hi You felt extremely anxious when you were working. You had panic attack on the first day of your job. You were not satisfied with the work and you did not like the work environment. You wanted to quit the job because you were feeling extremely anxious and you did not get support from family. You felt anxious to a point that you were not able to sleep well. You felt very lonely in the month of February this year. To feel better consult a psychologist and explain about your previous work experience. With a psychologist you can talk about your goals and what you want to do in the future. Don’t think too much about what happened in the past. You are an ambitious person and you can do great things. Your happiness is important.

Hi... What is it that you are really interested in professionally? It is quite evident that you do not want to do what you are doing right now. Engineering is a technical field, some people have a technical bent that facilitate success in the field. Others with some interest, put in efforts and develop that talent overtime. But you seems to be in the third category, the one's who are very sure that they don't want to work in this field. This is also a good place. But you need to identify what you want to do and start pursuing it. You can take your time but it's always better to start working on things that we desire rather than dealing with what we don't. The cause of your panic and anxiety appears to be purely psychosocial in nature. So psychotherapy is the best suitable treatment for you.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Guidance and Career Counselling is required.
