Namaste, Thank you for reaching out. Based on your symptoms—mental fatigue, mind exhaustion, heaviness in the head, and unexplained leg fatigue despite good rest and a healthy lifestyle—this condition may be related to factors such as chronic stress, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, or an underlying medical condition like anemia or thyroid dysfunction. To effectively address this, I would suggest: 1. Diagnostic Tests: Blood tests to check for hemoglobin levels, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, thyroid function (TSH, T3, T4), and other essential parameters. These will help identify any deficiencies or imbalances causing your symptoms. 2. Holistic Treatment Approach: Depending on the findings, we can explore dietary adjustments, supplementation, stress management techniques, or medications if needed. 3. Consultation: A detailed review of your health history and lifestyle is essential to tailor a treatment plan specifically for you. It is important to address these symptoms early to prevent them from worsening. I recommend a private consultation to provide a personalized solution. You can reach me at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two to schedule your appointment. Looking forward to assisting you with a full recovery. Let’s work together to restore your energy and well-being

Your cause of mental fatigue is a lack of adequate amount of work which is leading to boredom and tiredness. Please get a complete health checkup package done from a reputed Laboratory and consult with a General Physician with the report.

Check Vit B12 and Vit D levels Asap. Check
Health Tips
Take dairy products like butter , ghee, curd on a daily basis and early morning sunrise exposure would help in Vit D balance. For Vit B12 since you're a vegan, take Vit B complex supplement. That would do it. Recheck the values after a month or two or if symptoms worsen
