Sir, मुझे panic disorder हैं. एक साल पहले doctor ने मुझे paroxetine +clonazepam दिया. 8month मैंने दवा खाया. उसके बाद close कर दिया. Again panic disorder was started. फिर मैंने दूसरे doctor से दिखाया. उन्होंने मुझे escitalopram दिया. यह दवा भी काम kar रहा हैं but उतना नहीं जितना paroxetine. मुझे कौन सी दवा लेना चाहिए. कौन best दवा हैं. मैंने पढ़ा हैं की paroxetine के side effects ज्यादा हैं.
