Sir,I think I am suffering from OCD.Because I use soap frequently,I think there is bacteria in my hand.Moreover many types of bad thinkings come in my mind.Though I try to stop it I can't stop it.Again,if I lock the door I forget that weather I have locked the door.Now what can I do?Is it Ocd?Is it serious?How to get ride of it?Sir please help me.
