Mental confusion and anger problem
I am facing mental confusion from last 1 month , I don't feel like talking to even my parents, I am a student and money debt and my career is the main problem that is worrying me....I got irritated and angry very early ...is this some sign of depression ... should I go to a doctor....plz help bcos situation is getting worse day by day

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.

Sadness is something we all experience. It is a normal reaction in difficult times in life . Depression has many other symptoms, including physical ones .Its better you consult a psychologist and find out , you are only stressed out or you have depressive symptoms.
