Hi! Life skills can be learnt with practice. If you are facing difficulties with family members it would because you are unable to diffuse the conflicts in a healthy manner. You would need to learn to remain calm despite other people's emotional reactions against you at the same time communicate effectively such that you are able to connect with them and discuss the matter at hand. There are many books on this topic that can help you. You can also learn and observe from people who already have this skill on how they handle such situations.
