I am mother of 1 year baby..deliver through c section...after delivery my mensuration started after 4 month...earlier I had pcos but after baby my menses was on tum..from15 days I am doing heavy weight exercise during that I got my menses n I avoid weight lifting for 3 days..but on my 7th day of menses I saw some blackish blood n dead cells..usually my period last 5 days..just want to know is cause I doing exercise so my all wastage are coming out..or sum thing else...m not having any pain or anything.

It is not uncommon for few clots to come out after menses period. There is nothing to worry. If you want to reduce weight do regular physical exercises and abdominal exercises. There is no need to lift heavy weights.
