Hi, I actually want to know I had my period on 31st of May at 12.00am. Should I count the day as day 1? And at the last day of my period, blood looks brown. Is it a problem? Thanks!

Hello..... 12 am is night.. You don't have to take timings so seriously..  It's said as 1st day of last menstrual period...  Brown  discharge is not issue of concern..  It's matter of concern if you have irregular periods or large clots or excessive bleeding in menstruation...  Consult gynaecologist if have any of these problem...
