Normal periods do not rule out ectopic pregnancy...
you can be bleeding and still be pregnant and have ectopic pregnancy...
to rule out ectopic pregnancy you need to do a beta HCG blood test and an ultrasound

Detail history needed before commenting.. As even in ectopic.. Period like bleeding can happen.. Do bhcg test first to diagnose it
