Don’t worry it’s just a coincidence. There is no such temporal relation . Regurgitation of a small quantity of feed is normal in babies . As long as baby is growing well and has good urine output through the day and the vomit consists of small quantity of milk or curdy substance you are fine .
Next Steps
One advice I would give is to burp the baby properly and a good 15-20 mins after each feed to avoid excessive vomiting .
Health Tips
Do take care that the baby is accepting feeds well, passing urine 8-10 times per day and the vomit is not greenish or yellow . If large quantity vomits kindly consult your nearest trained neonatologist.
