I usually have iregular periods cycle. Some time it comes in time and sometime I does not. Usually it does not. I am unmarried. Last time I got my periods after 3 months. This time, I got my periods after one month, i.e, last week itself. But I do not think this time my period is healthy. Usually my bleeding is heavy and that too goes for around 3 - 4 days. But this time, it started last Sunday and is still going on. This time my bleeding is so less that I am only using 1 pad in a day that is unusual (usually I use 4 pad). I am worried that why so less bleeding this time that too going for more than 8 days. Kindly suggest.

You need to visit a gynaecologist and also get a pelvic sonography done.
Ayurvedic medicines that you can take are- Ashokarishta - 2 teaspoonfuls mixed with 2 spoonfuls of water twice a day after meals , for three months start the medicine when your menstrual bleeding stops. Continue till next period and take a gap in the medicine during menses.
Rest of the medicines can be prescribed only after detailed reports are seen.
