Menstrual cycle getting irregular
Hi, I have always had long cycles 30-32 days but now for the past 6-8 months (after 35 yrs of age) they are sometimes 28, 29 sometimes 32. My cycle usually includes ovulation 3-4 days even if its a short cycle. These days the usual indicators which I would botice before getting my periods have also disappeared so most of the times am unprepared. Is this because am on the wrong side of 30 now? Am healthy & dont have any other medical condition. Pls advise

This seems to be a normal cyclical variation. Period length of 21-35day is considered as normal.
