Take absolute rest for 3 days.
Review at 3 days by moving knee.
Apply ice packs,3-4 times over the operated area.
If there is no locking or pain then ok.
Else can do a repeat MRI to confirm if there is a damage or not , but do it only if the symptoms persist.
