After vasectomy, sperm production gradually stops over many years. The constituents of seminal fluid gets absorbed in the body by lymphatic system. This has nothing to do with the libido and sex life.

After vasectomy sperm passage is blocked which is only about 5 percent of the total semen content.rest 95 percent of seminal fluid is mixture of Prostatic fluid and seminal vesicle ,which are supposed to provide nutrient fluids to sperm,this remains after vasectomy.
