Irregular shape of hair loss in my head, since 2015. There was no thick or covering hair on that particular area for long time. What should I do now. Underwent mesotheraphy and prp sessions too. But still these area is bald.

you will need hair transplant. just medical treatment will not be enough to give you enough coverage on the top of your head behind the frontal tuft and also on the vertex just medical therapy will not be enough. Also transplant is a surgical procedure and should be done by qualified expert. there are many chains run by quacks so don't get misled in an attempt to save money on procedure as hair transplant is a one time option and need to be done effectively.
