Tried to get rid of melasma spots on face. Tried all kind of cream , peeling and laser but didn't work. Plz help if any way to get rid of it within a short time.

The problem with melasma is recurrence. You have to maintain the result. Continue sunlight protection. TCA peels work well for melasma. Please revisit your dermatologist.
