It's ok. But anxiety needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. Just doing meditation alone may not be helpful for a long time. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. You need an expert Psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.
Next Steps
I have been working as a Homeopathic Psychiatrist and Counseling psychologist for the last 17 years of experience. You can contact me through an online appointment for further assistance.

Your meditation, abdominal breathing, deep breathing, and Anulom Vilom are excellent for calming the nervous system and reducing anxiety, stress, and overthinking.
Next Steps
You may also add body scan relaxation, mindfulness (observing thoughts without judgment), progressive muscle relaxation, guided meditation, yoga or light stretching, and journaling to release mental overload.
Health Tips
Practice consistently for 15–30 minutes daily. If symptoms continue or interfere with daily life, seeking guidance from a mental health professional can provide deeper, structured support.

Hello! While meditating is always the smart and healthy choice to regulate our nervous system, we should also focus on the working on the root causes of the anxiety, stress, and overthinking. Meditation works as a facilitator in helping us deal with such challenges and situations, but if you pair it up with efficient mental health support, the results will be worth it.

Hi, Yes, practicing meditation in the morning before breakfast, including techniques like abdominal breathing, deep breathing, and anulom vilom, is very beneficial. These practices are known to help reduce anxiety, stress, and overthinking by calming the mind and promoting relaxation. Abdominal breathing increases oxygen flow and can improve mental clarity, while anulom vilom (alternate nostril breathing) helps balance the nervous system and enhance focus. Consistently practicing these techniques can improve your overall mental well-being and emotional resilience. Keep up with your routine, and consider consulting a meditation expert or yoga instructor for guidance to ensure you are practicing correctly and gaining maximum benefit.

Hi... Yes, it is good. It will help regulate the level of oxygen in your brain and therefore improve brain function in terms of concentration, focus, resilience, etc. It reduces the level of stress, anxiety, and also overthinking. But having said that, you must understand that it is not the cure. You need to first identify the root of your stress, anxiety, and overthinking. If the root is psychosocial, psychotherapy/counseling will work best. If there are some other factors (biological, genetic, etc.) involved, medical diagnosis and medications along with psychotherapy/counseling works best. Please do not self-diagnose or self-treat yourself and consult a professional.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.

Hi, Yes, the practices you are doing — meditation, abdominal breathing, deep breathing, and Anulom Vilom — are excellent techniques for managing anxiety, stress, and overthinking. These methods help calm the nervous system, improve oxygen supply to the brain, reduce cortisol (stress hormone) levels, and gradually improve emotional balance and mental clarity. Doing them in the morning before breakfast is an ideal time.
Next Steps
Continue this routine daily for at least 4–6 weeks to notice consistent improvement. If your anxiety, stress, or overthinking still interferes with your daily life, sleep, or work, you may consider consulting a mental health professional for additional guidance or therapy support.
Health Tips
• Maintain a fixed time for your meditation practice daily. • Sit in a comfortable, quiet place with a straight spine. • Keep your breathing slow and rhythmic — avoid forcing it. • Add 5–10 minutes of mindfulness meditation (simply observing your breath and thoughts without judgment). • Reduce caffeine, excessive screen time, and late-night activities. • Light physical exercise and morning sunlight can further improve mental wellbeing. Your current routine is already a strong foundation for emotional stability and mental peace. Keep practicing — consistency will bring the best results
