I have adhd and depression anxiety and I have been prescribed medications.
For the last more than one month I have been taking 10mg escitalopram but don't see any difference.
For adhd I have tried first methylphenidate 20mg then atomoxetine one month both didn't help me
Three medicines didn't help me with my mental health.

Do regular follow up. Regular exercise, three times a meal , good sleep hygiene. Go out for a walk and talk with friends.
All the above mentioned doses are sub optimal
Your treating psychiatrist must have started on the lower doses so to avoid any side effect and as per the guidelines the doses are slowly uptirated
Kindly review back with your treating psychiatrist for dose upscaling
