She has Generalised Anxiety Disorder and is under medication like betacap 20, prestiq 100, zolfresh 5 and depranex 10.
Are these medicines harmful, if she is trying to conceive?

I think it will better to decrease the dosage and patient should continue with one antidepressant only.
Psychotherapy can also be very helpful during pregnancy but do not stop medication without consulting psychiatrist
