No azecin 500( Azithromycin) is an antibiotic . It will only work on cough if the cough is developing from any chest infection . If the cough cold and sneezing is allergic then you need anti allergic to cure them .
Next Steps
1) Tab . Montek LC : 1Tab Twice daily after meal x 5 days and then after 5 days , 1 tab once daily at bedtime for 5 days again .
2) Flutiflo Nasal Spray : 2 puff Twice daily onto each nostril for 10 days .
If these symptoms are all from allergic , these medicines will suffice .
Also get a COVID rtpcr done if symptoms does not go away .
