Migrabeta is commonly used for migraine prevention, even in people with normal BP. It can help reduce headache, eye heaviness and dizziness. If your doctor prescribed it after evaluation, you can take it as advised. Please consult me if symptoms continue so I can guide you further.

Your symptoms of headache, eye heaviness, and mild dizziness are commonly seen in migraine or tension-type headaches. Even when blood pressure is normal, these symptoms can occur due to migraine triggers, stress, eye strain, lack of sleep, or prolonged screen exposure. Migrabeta TR 20 (Propranolol) is often prescribed as a preventive medicine for migraine, not only for blood pressure. Doctors commonly use this medicine to reduce the frequency and severity of headaches
Next Steps
You can take Migrabeta TR 20 mg once daily, usually after food, as prescribed by your doctor. The dose used for migraine prevention is generally low and safe, even in people with normal blood pressure
Health Tips
Maintain regular sleep, adequate hydration, and reduce prolonged screen time, as eye strain often triggers headaches. Avoid common migraine triggers such as skipping meals, excessive caffeine, and stress.Contact me anytime for further consultation

Hello. Based on what you described, headache with eye heaviness and dizziness can sometimes occur due to migraine or stress-related headaches. Medicines like Migrabeta (propranolol) are often prescribed to help prevent frequent headaches and migraines. Although this medicine can also lower blood pressure, it is commonly used in low doses for migraine prevention, even in people with normal blood pressure, when prescribed by a doctor. In the meantime you may consider: • Maintaining proper sleep and hydration • Limiting screen time and stress triggers • Avoiding skipped meals Since treatment depends on the exact symptoms and response to medicines, a detailed review would be helpful. You may book an online consultation for proper evaluation and personalized treatment guidance.

Your symptoms of headache, eye heaviness, and mild dizziness can commonly occur with conditions like Migraine, tension-type headache, eye strain, or sometimes sinus-related issues. Since your doctor has checked your blood pressure and it was normal, prescribing Migrabeta TR 20 (which contains Propranolol) is likely intended for migraine prevention or headache control rather than for treating high blood pressure. Although propranolol is also used for blood pressure control, in many patients it is commonly prescribed in low doses specifically for migraine prevention. If your blood pressure and pulse are normal and your doctor has evaluated you, it is generally safe to take as prescribed.
Next Steps
• You can start the medication as prescribed by your doctor if there are no contraindications such as asthma, very low pulse, or known heart conduction problems. • Monitor for possible side effects like excess fatigue, very slow pulse, or significant dizziness. • If symptoms persist or worsen after 1–2 weeks, your doctor may reassess and adjust treatment or check for other causes like vision strain or sinus issues. • Ensure you are well hydrated, getting adequate sleep, and limiting excessive screen exposure, as these often trigger headaches.
Health Tips
• Take the medicine at the same time daily as advised. • Maintain regular meals and sleep patterns, as irregular schedules can trigger headaches. • Reduce screen time and eye strain, and consider an eye checkup if you frequently work on screens. • Practice stress management techniques like breathing exercises or light physical activity. If you’d like, you can book an online consultation and share more details about the pattern of your headache (duration, location, triggers) so I can help confirm whether this looks more like migraine or another type of headache and guide you with the best treatment plan.

Yes, you can take Migrabeta TR 20 as advised by your doctor. Although it is primarily a beta-blocker used for blood pressure and pulse control, it is also commonly prescribed for migraine prevention and headache related to stress or vascular causes. If your BP and pulse are normal, this low dose is generally safe. However, if you feel excessive dizziness, weakness, or very low pulse, consult your doctor.

Migrabeta-TR 20 contains propranolol, which is commonly used for migraine prevention. It can also lower blood pressure and pulse, but when prescribed in proper dose it is generally safe. If your blood pressure is normal and your doctor has advised it, you can take the medicine as prescribed.
Health Tips
However, if you experience excessive dizziness, very low pulse, or weakness, consult your doctor for review.
