Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have vitamin D deficiency , levels are 13.0 The doctor has prescribed me Bluvit- D3(empty stomach), but after few weeks i suffered severe lower back pain since I relocated from the previos place I Iconsulted a different doctor and was prescribed Zerodol mr and B colen So is it safe to consume THESE MEDICINES ALL TOGETHER. Please suggest. NOTE: Bluvit-D was to be consumed for a month.
