Medicine inquiry
I am attaching my USG abdomen report of Jan 2024.  I was prescribed Urimax D for 6 months. My passing of urine is quite normal now. I wake up once in the middle of the night. I am not diabetic. Should I continue with the same medicine. If yes then for how long ?  I find myself bloated after I started Urimax D. A general physician friend told me it could be because of dutasteride. If so should I change my medicine to normal Urimax instead of Urimax D ? Please advise.  PS. My PSA level before starting Urimax D was 2.5 in Jan 2024.

As prostate size is more than 40 cc, better continue with urimax-d

As you have already used urimax - D for 6 months. Dutasteride is not needed now. You can shift to plain urimax and continue using it regularly
