Medicine information. Are they safe?

Sir/Mam, I was on medication for piles and typhoid, then suddenly I got severe jock itch and allergy. I consulted online and was advised to use Lulican cream with levocetrizen tabs along with terbinafine tablets. But suddenly on that night I noticed increasing allergy patches and informed doctor and I stopped all medicines except levocetrizen. Now my allergy patches has reduced quite a bit after using Surfaz sn and Mucin ointment.  So I wanted to ask can I start using oral terbinafine tablets?? Are they safe? And Should I use surfaz SN on allergy patches or should I stop. Further please also let me know if I can use any of these ointment in anus because its also itchy.
