Could ibuprofen or ppi meds imitate and be mistaken for crohn's disease in the colonoscopy or biopsy? What are the chances that pathology could misdiagnose inflammation in the guts as crohn's disease?

NSAID(such as ibuprofen) can often causes intestinal ulcers or erosions, like Crohn's. However the morphology and distribution of these ulcers are quite different from those caused by Crohn's disease.
