Medicine for pulled out hair by wig tape

Asked for Male, 34 Years

Which medication can be used to regrow pulled out hair by wig tape. Six months have past but hair from thar small hair are not regrowing suffecientlyThere was no injury by pulling hair by tape.. I dont want to use minixidil or finasteride. Is there any other medicine to trigger regrowth of hair on that area. An other issue is that I have stopped shampoo on hair. So please tell any medicine which dont need to wash from hair or can be washed out only by water
