Its necessary to go for treatment of that particular tooth, because it looks like it has deep carious and may cause infection.. which may further lead to sinus discharge and swelling. For now, syrup Ibugesic plus 5ml twice daily after food to get relief from pain.

Hi, your son has to go for tooth treatment as there is a deep infection in few of his teeth. Please give him Ibugessic plus 6ml thrice daily. He might as well require antibiotics but that needs a proper history.
