Medicine effect on ocd

Asked for Male, 37 Years

I underwent a minor surgery 4 days back to remove excess foreskin around my mains.The surgeon prescribed me attached medicines.I have been taking sertraline 100 & 50 daily to be mentally at peace still there have been very major relapses of ocd.Can the attached prescription interfere with sertraline and cause ocd relapses?
