Ecospirin is given for preventing hypertensive diseases in pregnancy, and to reduce thrombosis risk in placental circulation.. but if u have bleeding on ecospirin, stop it and u can start taking tranexa for a few days till bleeding stops.. u need to get an USG to see what is the cause of bleeding.. pls connect

Ecosprin helps improve micro placental circulation if you are getting spotting at 25 weeks of pregnancy you need ultra sound to find out the reason for the spotting also you need a test called coagulogram  to find out if the bleeding is a side effect of ecospirin
